Developer Network's purpose is to provide a stable environment for development and pre-production testing of decentralized applications, smart contracts, debots, off-chain services, etc. This network is a production network and aims to be as stable as the mainnet network. No blockchain protocol testing is ever being performed on it. Only stable validator versions and full node versions are present here. Tokens are free and distributed via known public givers or via requests in Telegram channels.
